The VP plays a key role in shaping the long-term growth of Anthem.
Provide robust analytics and reporting, to ensure leadership is equipped to make long term strategic decisions for Anthem Act as a steward of Anthem's values, cultivating a collaborative, diverse, and inclusive team environment.

Bachelor's degree
10+ years proven experience in land development
Familiarity with Federal, State, and Local regulations related to doing business in California
