- Job Description AstroForge is excited to offer a hands-on opportunity for a detail-oriented Fabricator Technician to join our fast-moving hardware team.
- This role is ideal for someone passionate about precision fabrication, thrives in a collaborative environment, and takes pride in delivering high-quality hardware that will venture into deep space.
Responsibilities
- Along the way, we seek to leverage the technologies we build to provide additional value across other domains.
- The selected candidate will be instrumental in building, assembling, and testing critical components that enable our spacecraft and payload systems.
- Perform precision machining, welding, and metal finishing using a variety of tools and equipment.
- Collaborate closely with engineers to refine designs for manufacturability and efficiency.
- Maintain shop equipment, tools, and a safe, organized work environment.
- Support rapid prototyping, iteration, and testing efforts to accelerate development cycles.
Compensation
- $35k-$45k
