Responsibilities
- Manage the flow of operations
- Manages order priority and execution
- Develop training tools and standard operating procedures for perspective area
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a distribution center and production management role with experience in shipping, receiving, inventory, order fulfillment and freight management
- Must be able to operate all equipment within the warehouse
- Ability to effectively delegate and adjust priorities quickly
- Self starter with the ability to work independently or collaboratively
- Demonstrated ability to be detail oriented
- Ability to lift, carry and maneuver heavy material or equipment (up to 100 lbs.)
- Ability to work in a position that requires prolonged standing, frequent bending, stooping, twisting and reaching
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
Nice to have
- Experience opening or moving facilities preferred

- Through training, coaching and direction the Operations Supervisor ensures efficient and accurate order fulfillment.
- This individual enforces high standards of execution and is a model for operational standards.
