Responsibilities
- Develop loan packages and make recommendations by analyzing size, structure, and conducting approval assessments
- Collaborate with other ARM III's and the Commercial Trainer to ensure alignment with training objectives, provide feedback, and share best practices or learnings
- Develop and advance each ARM's fundamental credit competencies
Requirements
- You have a passion for people and look forward to mentoring and being a resource to others within the ARM program.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, preferably in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of experience in commercial banking, including completion of Frost's Financial Services University training
- Demonstrated ability to teach towards comprehension and development of the individual
- Do you have a background in business, accounting, or finance?
