About the role
- We're looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented professional who is passionate about enabling sellers, improving productivity and ensuring our sales teams are equipped to succeed as Dragos scales.
Responsibilities
- Develop deep knowledge of Dragos solutions and assist in creating sales enablement content, curriculum, and tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional SMEs to gather materials, update content, and ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Maintain, organize, and archive training content, ensuring resources remain current and accessible.
- Partner with Sales Leadership and Sales Operations to track sales effectiveness metrics and provide insights for improvement.
- The systems we protect deliver the water you drink, power your home, and keep the hospitals your community depends on running.
Requirements
- Experience supporting sales onboarding and enablement programs using various delivery methods (virtual, in-person, on-demand).
- Familiarity with common sales processes and roles.
- 2-4 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or a related role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with some ambiguity.
- Passion for sales, learning, and enabling others to succeed.
Compensation
- Salary: $115,000
