Responsibilities
- Support and promote the company's safety program and local incident prevention initiatives to reduce risk behaviors.
- Implement project-based safety programs aligned with strategic goals.
- Prepares and delivers safety meetings and training to enhance hazard awareness.
- Support incident, near-miss, and claim investigations and communications.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of company HSE standards, programs, and objectives.
- Assist in developing routine HSE project plans and specifications.
Requirements
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- 4-year related degree and 2 years' experience and STS-C or 5 years relevant experience and CHST.
- Ability to spend 80% of working time on active construction sites.
Nice to have
- Proficient Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Oracle preferred
Compensation
- $80,300.00-$105,400.00 Annual
