Requirements
- Comfort with short-form video as a creative and editorial tool.
- A demonstrated ability to ship on cadence rather than on inspiration.
- Content experience in B2G, government, philanthropy, or otherwise regulated industries.

Compensation
- The base salary range for this role is USD $80,000 to $130,000 in New York and CAD $75,000 to $115,000 in Toronto.
- This range reflects the varying levels of expertise and responsibilities that will be determined through the interview process, based on applied experience and other criteria established by the hiring committee.
- The range is intentionally wide because we are open at both junior and senior IC levels.
