About the role
- We are seeking a highly motivated self-starter to join our team based out of our facility in Heath, OH as a Quality Assurance Technician.
- This person will be responsible for sampling raw materials, testing liquid mix for pH and total solids, performing physical stability testing on bulk powder, testing the powder once canned and shipping samples to the appropriate testing lab.
- Ensure the laboratories are clean and well-organized at all times.
Responsibilities
- Sample incoming raw materials and entering data into the system to support release.

- In this role the QA Technician will support in-process testing of liquid mix, bulk powder, and finished infant and toddler formula.

Nice to have
- Basic knowledge of current Good Laboratory Practices (cGLP's) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP's) required.
- Degree and background in Microbiology, Chemistry or Food Science preferred.
- Experience in an FDA regulated environment preferred.
- Must be highly adaptable to changes in manufacturing.
- Experience with DEACOM, Sartorius, CEM preferred.
Compensation
- Our hourly rates are based on paying competitively for our size and industry.
- The hourly rate for this position is $24.00.
