- The Associate Counsel will mitigate legal risk while considering business and operational needs.
- Salary Range for this role is $63,000 - $68,000 per year based on experience Physical Demands Travel: Ability to travel up to 5% annually (globally) for meetings and conferences.
Responsibilities

- Assist in developing legal training materials.
- Provide support in maintaining executed agreements and other corporate documents.
Requirements
- Additional duties as required.
- Bachelor's Degree required (Engineering or other technical degrees are a plus).
- Juris Doctorate is required.
- Must be a licensed attorney and in good standing to practice law in the United States.
- Previous legal experience is a plus, but not required.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required.
- Strong analytic, critical thinking and sound judgment abilities with meticulous attention to detail required.
Compensation
- Salary Range for this role is $63,000 - $68,000 per year based on experience
