Responsibilities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally: work with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to ensure smooth go-to-market launches and strong adoption.
  • Partner externally and internally: navigate and evaluate strategic partners while working across Relay as we grow our product offerings and build new capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Risk, Data, and Operations to ensure Relay's products are reliable, secure, and insight-driven.
  • Build narratives and roadmaps that align stakeholders, clarify priorities, and inspire confidence, even in the face of ambiguity.
  • navigate and evaluate strategic partners while working across Relay as we grow our product offerings and build new capabilities.

  • As Senior Product Manager, you'll lead a major product area from end-to-end (e.g. core banking, risk, AI Insights, payroll etc).

Requirements

  • At least five years of product management experience, with a track record of shipping and owning products at scale
  • Proven ability to take ownership of a product area and influence broader strategy.

Skills

  • Comfort working in ambiguous environments while bringing structure and clarity where needed
  • Experimental & curious in your approach to product management (i.e. tooling, processes etc)
  • Have experience in fintech products.
  • You've joined a company at its early stages and have seen it through scale
  • You have experience working in a fintech startup
  • Are familiar with risk/fraud tools or credit underwriting frameworks.

Compensation

  • So we pay fairly and transparently.
  • The annual salary range for this role is $162,000 CAD to $198,000 CAD.
  • We pay for impact and aren't tied to yearly reviews.
