About the role

As the Brand Partnerships Event Producer, you will lead the development and delivery of bespoke brand events and activations.
You will take ownership of both complex, high-value projects and small-scale activations, working with a high degree of autonomy to ensure each brand experience is exceptional.

Lead the end-to-end production of bespoke branded events and activations from scoping to live delivery.
Negotiate and manage contracts with venues, suppliers, talent, and production partners.
Collaborate with Project Management to ensure timelines and client expectations are met globally.
Design and implement scalable production processes and global standards for delivery.

3-5 years of experience in event or experiential production within a creative or agency environment.
Proven track record leading complex, multi-market events and large-scale activations.
Advanced proficiency in Google Slides and Sheets for creating production templates and reports.
