About the role
- Internship schedules may range from 5-20 hours per week depending on placement, program needs, and intern availability.
- This is a temporary part-time position funded until September 30, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Program Support Areas:
- Assist with client intake, outreach, scheduling, and case file review while gaining exposure to client support processes.
- Support summer programming through class preparation, staff coordination, and participant engagement.
- Contribute to employment and career programming through workshop preparation, administrative support, and job development activities. ·
Requirements
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, and individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Nice to have
- Language skills relevant to the communities served by World Relief Sacramento.
Skills
- Gain hands-on experience in nonprofit program delivery, culturally responsive service, and community engagement
- Interns may contribute across multiple teams based on organizational need, individual interests, and relevant skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
