About the role
- In this global position - reporting directly to the Global QHSSE Portfolio Manager - you ensure that classroom, virtual, and online training sessions are planned, communicated, and executed with precision.
Responsibilities
- Reporting & compliance - Compiling monthly QHSSE training statistics and ensuring accurate, audit‑ready records that support global compliance.
- Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Training coordination - Planning, scheduling, and organizing training sessions, including communication, logistics, and virtual support.
Requirements
- As a Global QHSSE Training Administrator, you are the operational backbone of the Fugro Academy's QHSSE training portfolio.
- Your ability to think ahead, communicate clearly, and solve challenges efficiently ensures that training runs smoothly and that our global workforce remains competent, compliant, and safe.
- A bachelor's degree and excellent command of the English language.
Compensation
- 29 holidays per year based on a fulltime employment (of which 4 are appointed by Fugro management) and the possibility to purchase 12 additional days;
