UTA seeks a professional Housekeeper in New York, NY who will be able to attend to our office facilities with integrity and attention to detail.

Maintain cleanliness of general offices, workspaces, conference rooms and kitchens
Maintain all equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition
Create and implement detailed cleaning protocols for conference rooms and pantries
Maintain inventory of food and supplies on weekly basis
Available for occasional OT work in support of office events
Proven ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
Access to the tools, leadership, and resources you will need to create and drive a center of excellence

Must be willing to communicate with employees at all levels
Must have a team mentality and be willing to go the extra mile
High school degree
Must be able to move and lift items up to 25 lbs.
Basic understanding and use of computer applications required, including but not limited to MS Outlook and Calendar
