About the role
- Position Summary/Purpose: The purpose of this role is to welcome and engage with prospective high school students on GCU Day visits, creating an energizing environment and providing high-quality visitation experience.

Responsibilities
- Initiate conversations, build rapport, and maintain high energy throughout the day to ensure GCU Day students feel welcomed and included.
- Collaborates professionally with GCU and GCE staff, as well as prospective students and chaperones.
- Implements effective communication and presentation strategies to represent GCU's academic excellence and student life.
Requirements
- Must have at least two weekdays with 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM availability.
- Enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a Bachelor's program.
- Retain a 2.0 GPA as a Bachelor level student or a 3.0 GPA.
- You may be subject to termination if you fall below the minimum requirements.
- Fast learner who works independently and completes required tasks with the highest quality of work.
- Friendly, enthusiastic, proactive, self-assured, organized, and dependable.
- Comfortable initiating and carrying conversations with high school students.
- Outstanding customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- A positive attitude and a passion for GCU's campus life and community.
- Comfortable multi-tasking on occasion.
