About the role
- General Summary Diagnostics Engineer in the Product Engineering Department.
- Principal Duties & Responsibilities Investigate defects found in silicon and compare them to logic diagnosis for the purpose of improving diagnosis algorithms and tools, and supporting various development projects.
- IT Core Competencies Linux basics: creating/managing/editing directories and files.
Nice to have
- Experience with one or more of the following:
- DFT, ATPG, Diagnostics, Data Analysis, Linux, Perl/Python.
Skills
- managing large sets of data, filter, sort, formulas, and pivot tables.
- Required Competencies
- Clear and concise communication, teamwork, strong analytical skills, MS Office.
- Bachelor's, Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience, will consider college students in engineering programs.
- Master's, Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Additional Competencies
- Experience with one or more of the following: DFT, ATPG, Diagnostics, Data Analysis, Linux, Perl/Python.
