About the role

Responsibilities
- Serve as the functional lead and escalation point for Core HCM and other HCM modules as applicable, within AMS engagements, providing guidance on complex configuration, design, and issue resolution
- Lead client discovery sessions to understand business requirements, identify optimization opportunities, and define solution approach
- Deliver Intecrowd's Review & Recommend offering for clients, and teaching/coaching other consultants to successfully deliver them
- Support ongoing Workday releases, including impact analysis custom to each client, feature adoption recommendations, and client readiness planning
- Partner with AMS consultants and delivery teams to ensure accurate solution design, configuration, and testing support
- Support root cause analysis and resolution of complex functional issues
- Prepare and deliver Intecrowd's Crash Course offerings, led and supported by an instructional designer
- Collaborate with other architects to support cross-functional HCM initiatives and integrated solutions
- With years of functional and technical experience in all phases of Workday's deployment life cycle, we can determine the most efficient integration designs and rapid deployment strategies.
- We develop maintainable solutions and provide support for integration testing and updates for new Workday releases.
Requirements
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions
- Strong understanding of Workday configuration, tenant management, and post-production optimization
