Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end internal project lifecycle - from requirements gathering to solution delivery and business process implementation
- Conduct user interviews and stakeholder discovery sessions to identify business needs, validate assumptions, shape the direction of process or system improvements, and translate them into clear, actionable project requirements
- Work closely with product managers, design, development, and other teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, providing mitigation strategies and solutions
- Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder engagement throughout project phases
- Lead business process implementation - ensuring solutions are embedded into actual workflows and adopted by the teams
- Collect and analyze data to support decision-making and proposed solutions
- Prepare and deliver progress reports, presentations, and status updates to stakeholders and senior management
- Maintain awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
- You'll be at the intersection of technology, process innovation, and business growth - building systems that empower our teams to work smarter, faster, and more collaboratively.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management
- Experience in business process analysis and optimization, or product workflow buildup, is a must
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and both business and technical stakeholders
- Experience working with AI or implementing AI into products or business processes
- Strong organizational, planning, and delivery skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven approach to decision-making
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and deadlines
- English at least B2
