About the role

Our hybrid model provides flexibility based on business needs, allowing employees to work virtually up to two days per week, with an expectation to work on-site at least three days per week at the Glenview Innovation Center.

Develop and execute a roadmap to advance the maturity of NA R&D knowledge and information management.
Own knowledge assets and standards, spanning technical documentation, external knowledge sources, library/historical content, and AI/search-enabled tools.
Partner with R&D teams, digital teams, and functional stakeholders to drive adoption of knowledge management tools, standards, and ways of working.
Manage R&D enterprise knowledge resources, partnerships, and external/vendor stakeholders.

4+ years in a Research and Development function required with exposure to areas such as Innovation, Product Process, Packaging, Sensory, or Analytical.
Experience with or exposure to ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI), AI-enabled research/search tools, and Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELN) desired.
Expected Experience & Required

Familiarity with AI tools including LLM, RAG, sematic layers, agents, research assistants, and knowledge management methodologies preferred.

Experience and/or education highly desired in in library science, information science, digital tools, or knowledge management.

New Hire Base

$89,800.00 - $112,200.00
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
