About the role

  • Our hybrid model provides flexibility based on business needs, allowing employees to work virtually up to two days per week, with an expectation to work on-site at least three days per week at the Glenview Innovation Center.

Responsibilities

  • ​​Develop and execute a roadmap to advance the maturity of NA R&D knowledge and information management.
  • ​Own knowledge assets and standards, spanning technical documentation, external knowledge sources, library/historical content, and AI/search-enabled tools.
  • ​Partner with R&D teams, digital teams, and functional stakeholders to drive adoption of knowledge management tools, standards, and ways of working.
  • ​Manage R&D enterprise knowledge resources, partnerships, and external/vendor stakeholders.

Requirements

  • ​4+ years in a Research and Development function required with exposure to areas such as Innovation, Product Process, Packaging, Sensory, or Analytical.
  • ​Experience with or exposure to ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI), AI-enabled research/search tools, and Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELN) desired. ​
  • Expected Experience & Required

Nice to have

  • ​Familiarity with AI tools including LLM, RAG, sematic layers, agents, research assistants, and knowledge management methodologies preferred.

Skills

  • ​Experience and/or education highly desired in in library science, information science, digital tools, or knowledge management.

Compensation

  • $89,800.00 - $112,200.00
  • The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
