About the role
- Additionally, the role is accountable for continuous team coaching and onboarding, managing ECAD/Altium library integrations, maintaining standard Creo templates, and optimizing CAD data flow into ERP and manufacturing systems.
- Creation and maintenance of user accounts
- License management - monitoring and maintaining the appropriate license quantity and mix for the team
Responsibilities
- Own the integration with ECAD
- Maintain and improve integration with Altium or equivalent
- Maintain library of parts for PCBAs and Harnesses
- Implement and maintain Change management processes (ECR/ECN)
- Own the integration with ERP/Manufacturing
- Socialize, train, and implement processes to enforce the standards
- Own all templates in Creo
- Organize and maintain CAD libraries
- Deep expertise in Creo, including advanced parametric part and assembly modeling, large assemblies, top-down design, configurations, manufacturing drawings, and BOM workflows.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of hands-on experience with Creo/ Windchill, including practical ownership of vault structure, workflows, permissions, metadata, custom, revision management, release processes, and user support.
- Strong understanding of design-to-manufacturing workflows, including release packages, manufacturing drawings, BOMs, CAD exports, and downstream production readiness.

- Stay informed on the latest features and tools from PTC
- Keep the team's CAD skills up to date
