About the role
- We have an opportunity for a Machinist to join our Delavan, WI team.
- Candidates with limited experience, but strong mechanical aptitude and the right attitude are encouraged to apply!
- DOE. (8% shift differential for 2nd shift).
Requirements
- Must have GD&T and print comprehension and understand shop math
- Must be able to multi-task to keep production running smoothly
Nice to have
- 3+ years of CNC Mill and Lathe setup and operation experience, preferred but not required
Skills
- Handle full CNC setups to include tooling, work holding, fixturing and loading programs
- Utilize CNC equipment, manual machines, overhead hoists, hand tools/power tools/air tools and fractometer
- Know how to use precision measuring gages to include calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, gauge blocks etc. to check dimensions
- Read blueprints and understand GD&T
- Make offsets and minor edits to keep parts in tolerance
Compensation
- The hourly pay for this role is: $28 to $30/hr.
- Determination of pay rate may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
