About the role
- Our client is seeking to fill a Branch Manager role in the Rossville, TN market.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing branch activities, including teller operations, general customer service activities, loan processing, collections and personnel administration.
- Prepare and ensure accuracy of monthly board reports in a timely manner and by the deadline set by management Conduct management duties such as: planning, organizing, motivating, training, and communicating.

Requirements
- Submits all required forms to management each month
- You also bring the following skills and experience: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, preferably with related Master's degree.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, preferably with related Master's degree.
- Knowledge and experience in the use of PCs, calculators, fax machines and copiers is necessary.
- Must be goal-oriented and highly-motivated individual.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills are necessary.
- In-depth knowledge of Loan and teller functions.
