About the role

  • The role may provide informal leadership within the implementation group.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level guidance on public safety software configuration, workflow design, and system integration.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and executive leadership on strategic pre-sales pursuits, solution design, and organizational planning.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support team objectives and overall organizational priorities.

Requirements

  • Track record of driving process improvement, methodology innovation, or delivery excellence initiatives.
  • Ability to travel to client sites as required by project needs.
  • Obtaining and maintaining all required security clearances is a condition of employment.
  • Exceptional communication, executive stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Note: Due to the nature of our work with public safety agencies, this position requires compliance with the FBI's Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy. Candidates must successfully pass a comprehensive, fingerprint-based background check. Please note that specific customer contracts may impose additional security verification requirements. Obtaining and maintaining all required security clearances is a condition of employment. Nice to have

  • Identify and resolve the most complex implementation challenges, drawing on advanced technical and functional expertise.
  • Mentor and coach senior and intermediate implementation staff, sharing knowledge and elevating team capabilities.
  • Contribute to cross-functional strategy discussions and represent implementation expertise in organizational forums.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • advanced degree is an asset.
  • 8-10+ years of experience in software implementation, including leadership of advanced, enterprise-scale, or multi-phase projects.
  • Experience with Police Records Management Systems (RMS), especially with Versaterm RMS is strongly preferred.
  • Expert-level knowledge of the full implementation lifecycle, system configuration, and public safety or government technology environments.

Skills

  • Define implementation approaches, delivery frameworks, and client engagement strategies for advanced or non-standard deployments.
