About the role
- The Care Guide plays a pivotal role in ensuring each patient's treatment journey is smooth, informed, and empowering.
- Acting as the central point of contact, you will coordinate logistics, provide medication education, and liaise between patients, providers, and nurse staffing agencies.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Customer Success team to maintain strong client relationships and support service excellence.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of nursing or pharmacy experience, preferably with infusion therapy or specialty medications.
- Required
- Active clinical license or certification: Registered Nurse (RN) or Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT).
- Preferred
- Experience in a healthcare startup or fast-paced care delivery environment.
