Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features and improvements for our software platform.
Create Workflow Automations that streamline and optimize the employee onboarding process.
Build robust and user-friendly React UIs for seamless user interactions.
Develop Embeddable UIs that can be integrated into our clients' existing systems.
Work on the Internationalization of our software to support a global user base.
Proven experience as a full-stack engineer, with a strong track record of building and shipping software products. We use Remix, React, and Prisma. We write typescript with Effect.js.
Solid understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
As a key member of our engineering team, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of our product and make a significant impact on the way companies manage their hiring processes. ‍ This position is open to candidates from across the globe.

Three years of experience working as a full-time professional software engineer.

Experience working with APIs and integrating third-party services.
Demonstrated experience in making product decisions through first-principled reasoning and understanding of customer use cases.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with non-trivial complexity.
Additionally, we expect extensive experience in working with observability tools (we use Datadog and Sentry).
