Responsibilities
- Create and maintain site paperwork, write weekly warranty service reports on site actions, and provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform emergency repairs, and provide quick turnaround quotes for equipment and spares.
- Manage relationships with client operators and facility engineers, and consult with customer management and operation teams.
- Work with the engineering team in the office for technical expertise (i.e., RO pump retrofit program, process engineering support, etc.).
- Provide construction and commissioning support for ongoing projects.
Requirements
- Applicants are required to be eligible to lawfully work in the U.S. immediately
- All vendors must have a current and fully executed MSA on file before submitting candidates.
- Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Water Treatment field.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Equivalent from an accredited University or College.
