About the role

This role sits within our Center of Excellence on our Biddable team working closely with our Paid Search and Paid Social specialists.

Campaign Strategy Develop the strategy, execution, and optimization of retail media campaigns for multiple clients across various industries.
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, strategy) to ensure alignment of Campaign strategy, campaign goals, messaging, and performance.
Analyze performance to analyze keyword, product and product target performance Communication and Managerial Capabilities Ability to develop performance decks and clearly communicate performance trends and opportunities to internal and external clients on weekly/bi-weekly or monthly cadence.
Mentor and manage a small team of Media Planners providing strategic direction, support, and feedback.

Minimum of 4 years of experience managing retail campaigns with strong platform-level knowledge.
Advanced experience with Amazon Ads and Walmart Connect.
Previous experience with Google Ads required.
Experience managing budgets and media planning across multiple accounts.
Good understanding of best practices around retail media campaign objectives and bidding The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agency environment and juggle multiple priorities.

Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Tik Tok Ads Manager or other social platforms Familiarity with tools like Looker Studio and/or Supermetrics.
Google Ads certification.
Preferred (Nice to Have): Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Tik Tok Ads Manager or other social platforms Familiarity with tools like Looker Studio and/or Supermetrics.
