- Hiring Process (Audition-Based) All candidates begin with a 2-week audition period (approximately 10 hours total).

- Observe private and group lessons Learn foundational dance techniques Practice movement and partner connection with instructors
- This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying active, and developing a skill-based career with strong growth potential.
- This period is designed to introduce you to our studio environment and teaching approach while allowing us to evaluate fit.
Requirements
- Dance Instructor (No Experience Required | Paid Training |
- No prior dance teaching experience is required-we provide professional training for the right candidates.
Skills
- The audition period is educational and observation-based.
- Candidates do not teach or work with students during this time.
- At the conclusion, selected candidates will complete a paid evaluation lesson (mock or with a new student).
