About the role
- They need to be comfortable working in the kitchen as well as engaging with guests daily.
- Ensure all labeling and organization pans and delis, and discarding out of date product from common storage areas Execute strict quality control and assurance, act as Sanitation and Safety and Safety Champion in the BLV kitchen.
- Comfortable interacting with guests potentially serving, answering questions, identifying potential allergies upon request.
Responsibilities
- Working on one or multiple stations daily, following directions from Lead Host or Lead Line Cook for that station.
