Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day construction execution, ensuring safety, schedule, cost, and quality performance.
- Drive projects from preconstruction through commissioning and final turnover.
- Lead commissioning activities including pre-functional, functional, and integrated systems testing (IST).
- Manage procurement and delivery of long-lead equipment such as switchgear, generators, and mechanical systems.
- Provide leadership to contractors and trade partners.
- Proven ability to deliver fast-track, complex projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 10-15+ years of construction management experience, with data center or mission-critical projects required.
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Experience with commissioning and system turnover.
Compensation
- $10k-$15k
