Manage the onboarding pipeline, answer patient questions to overcome objections, and schedule start-appointments accurately.
Travel locally to support administrative and consultation workflows seamlessly across our high-volume regional offices.
With partners across multiple states, Bluetree focuses on pediatric dentistry, orthodontics, and general dentistry.

Reliable personal transportation and a strict willingness to travel between all three of our local offices (Reno, Sparks, and Carson City) is required to maintain our daily practice flow.
As a Treatment Coordinator, you are the face of our practice's growth-guiding patients and families through their orthodontic journey from the initial consultation to final production.
