About the role

- This highly visible role ensures that all billable invoices and expenses are received on time, coded accurately, and billed promptly to clients.
Responsibilities
- Partner & Billing Support
- Serve as the lead expense analyst for each Partner's client teams, proactively managing all expenses and invoices from the contracting stage through final billing.
- Meet regularly with Partners and Billers to stay ahead of outstanding invoices and expense reports tied to their clients.
- Manage high‑volume vendors such as patents and complex coding needs.
- Partner with Procurement and Accounts Payable to resolve vendor disputes and ensure timely payment.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and strengthen internal controls.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance the overall billing and expense experience.
Requirements
- 0-3 years of experience in billing, accounts payable, financial operations, or a related field.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to interpret contracts, billing rules, and financial documentation.
Nice to have
- Proficiency with financial systems
- experience with AP or billing platforms is a plus.
