Nice to have
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
- 7+ years of IT project management experience leading enterprise technology initiatives.
- Proven experience delivering software implementation, application modernization, and systems integration projects.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience using Microsoft Azure DevOps for planning, tracking, reporting, and managing software delivery lifecycles.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams consisting of business stakeholders, developers, architects, quality assurance resources, and vendors.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, requirements management, user story development, UAT, data migration, systems integration, API/web service integrations, change management, and deployment planning.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting electric utility, energy, or other regulated industry clients.
