Manage and oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering and construction projects with MEP components.
Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to meet objectives.
Review and coordinate design documentation to ensure compliance with project and industry requirements.
Monitor project performance, address risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Lead client and internal meetings to drive decisions and progress.
Support procurement activities, vendor evaluations, and contract negotiations.
Maintain detailed project records and reporting.

4+ years of experience leading or supporting complex projects that require coordination across multiple teams, stakeholders, vendors, and schedules.
Experience coordinating external consultants, vendors, or subcontractors.
Experience managing project budgets, scope changes, or change orders in client facing environments.
Experience coordinating project schedules, deliverables, and client communication.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

This role is responsible for project execution, ensuring technical accuracy, and maintaining client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a hands-on leadership style and is excels in deliverable driven environments where projects follow defined milestones and technical packages.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field is preferred but not required.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Procore, Teamwork, or similar platforms is preferred.
Experience with MEP systems is preferred but not required.

The pay range for this position will be provided in accordance with applicable state and local laws.
Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, internal equity, geographic location, and business needs.
The estimate pay ranges for this role are as follows:
Compensation and benefits are subject to eligibility requirements and may vary based on location and applicable laws.
Virginia: $131,000-$150,000
Washington: $137,000-$157,000
