Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering and construction projects with MEP components.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to meet objectives.
- Review and coordinate design documentation to ensure compliance with project and industry requirements.
- Monitor project performance, address risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Lead client and internal meetings to drive decisions and progress.
- Support procurement activities, vendor evaluations, and contract negotiations.
- Maintain detailed project records and reporting.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience leading or supporting complex projects that require coordination across multiple teams, stakeholders, vendors, and schedules.
- Experience coordinating external consultants, vendors, or subcontractors.
- Experience managing project budgets, scope changes, or change orders in client facing environments.
- Experience coordinating project schedules, deliverables, and client communication.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- The ideal candidate will have a hands-on leadership style and is excels in deliverable driven environments where projects follow defined milestones and technical packages.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field is preferred but not required.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Procore, Teamwork, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Experience with MEP systems is preferred but not required.
Compensation
- The pay range for this position will be provided in accordance with applicable state and local laws.
- Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, internal equity, geographic location, and business needs.
- The estimate pay ranges for this role are as follows:
- Compensation and benefits are subject to eligibility requirements and may vary based on location and applicable laws.
- Virginia: $131,000-$150,000
- Washington: $137,000-$157,000
