Responsibilities
- Building automated evaluation harnesses and observability pipelines to measure and monitor agent accuracy, reasoning capability, latency, and operational cost, ensuring consistent performance in production.
- Demonstrate expertise in Python, Go, TypeScript, or similar languages, applying software engineering principles to build AI agent systems and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
- Possess experienced in cloud-native AI infrastructure (Kubernetes, vector databases, model serving) and passionate about building intelligent systems that augment human capability and drive impact.

Requirements
- Have expertise in LLM and agent mechanisms, including LLM API, KV Cache, Agent Loop, Tool Use, Reasoning, Planning, Skills, MCP, Memory, Subagent, and Multi-Agent systems.
- Exhibit proficiency in Prompt, Context, and Harness Engineering.
- Have Bachelor's in Computer Science, AI, ML, Cognitive Science, or equivalent practical experience.
