About the role
- Hybrid role requiring three days per week on-site in Menlo Park.
- Ensure that OutSystems is the front-and-center at the events that matter.
Responsibilities
- You will be a senior leader responsible for our strategy to deliver repeatable and mission-critical Government solutions built on our highly regarded platform.
- You will partner closely with senior leadership to develop and execute innovative Product and GTM strategies with compelling business cases for major investment.
- Work closely with Internal and Partner teams to prioritize and deliver the specialized products that will underpin these solutions.
- Partner to develop and deliver effective enablement and assets tailored to the Government buyer journey.
- Partner directly with the field on strategic deals to achieve shared goals and synthesize feedback into field intelligence.
- Engage with industry analysts and C-suite customers to shape market perception and drive demand.
Requirements
- Product or Solutions Experience: 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Solutions Consulting, or Product Marketing for B2B enterprise software.
- Industry Expertise: 5+ years of direct experience selling or defining solutions for the Federal, State, or Local US Government market.
- Knowledge of the procurement, security, and contracting landscape is essential.

- AI/Agentic Experience: Proven experience successfully bringing AI + Agentic products to market in a major enterprise software platform is a significant plus.

Compensation
- Salary Determination
- Between $229.500,00 to $279.450,00 base salary.
- Our salary range is based on industry standards, company performance, and market conditions.
