About the role
- As our EHS Manager you will work closely with our quality and production teams to ensure EH&S compliance across our Liquid Coatings and Shot Peening Surface Technology facility.
- Location: New Brighton, MN Salary: $80,000-$100,000 Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline only, reflecting a position based in MN.
- Criteria such as the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience, the scope of the specific position, as well as market and business considerations will be evaluated when extending an offer.
Responsibilities
- Developing and completing predictive and preventative maintenance for EH&S
Requirements
- Ability to read, understand and follow detailed instructions
- Must be able to obtain a DOD security clearance
- 5-8 years of experience within an EH&S capacity
- Experience with external auditors and government compliance
- Experience within a chemical processing facility
- Experience with Title 5 is an asset
- Basic computer skills
Nice to have
- Experience with lasers, robotics, or CNC type equipment is preferred
