About the role
- This role works directly with the Service Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in alignment with customer expectations.
- This position requires strong coordination between service project technicians, dispatch, subcontractors, vendors, and customers.
- Assist with planning, scheduling, and execution of HVAC service projects
Responsibilities
- Maintain project documentation including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout packages
- Support cost tracking, forecasting, and billing processes
- Assist in building O&M manuals and warranty documentation
- Support inspections, permits, and jurisdictional requirements
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC service, mechanical contracting, or project coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Procore CRM
- Valid driver's license, ability to pass background, drug screen, and clean MVR
Skills
- Experience in HVAC service projects will be a plus.
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
