About the role

Equisoft is a global provider of digital solutions for insurance and investments, recognized by more than 300 of the world's leading financial institutions.

The incumbent will be responsible for creating agentic workflows that change how marketing, sales and customer support is done.
You will scope problems with stakeholders, define requirements, and personally build agents, and analytics capabilities that support marketing and revenue outcomes.
Design and build agentic AI workflows and internal tools using Claude Cowork, Zapier, Copilot, Perplexity, and many other AI marketing tools and LLMs.
Implement AI agents to support our customer success and customer support team. Ensure the integration of AI and human systems to drive the best output.
Prototype quickly, test with real users, and move successful builds into stable, monitored production use.
Document workflows in visual tools and enable team members on process improvements.
Collaborate with IT, sales ops, and vendors to manage integrations, APIs, and data syncs between platforms. Operate within Equisoft's AI governance and data privacy frameworks.

Experience in product, technology, analytics, automation, or similar builder roles supporting marketing or growth teams.
Familiarity with Claude Cowork or equivalent folder-based agent orchestration tools.
Experience with HubSpot MCP and other API integrations.
Excellent knowledge of English & French (spoken and written)
Ability to communicate, write and synthesize information
Ability to multi-task in a rapid-paced environment
