Responsibilities
- Employee support & hardware
- Own day-to-day IT support: troubleshooting, escalations, and walk-up help for the Palo Alto office
- Maintain office AV, conference rooms, and printers
- Own office networking: Wi-Fi, switches, firewalls, VPN, and ISP/vendor relationships
- Manage software licensing, renewals, and IT vendor contracts
- Lead security tooling rollout (endpoint protection, password management) and phishing awareness
- Support compliance efforts (e.g., SOC 2) with evidence collection and control ownership
- Maintain asset inventory and IT documentation
- Own the IT budget and make build/buy/outsource recommendations
Requirements
- Must be able to work 5 days week at our Palo Alto office
Nice to have
- Experience supporting distributed/international offices
- SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar compliance experience
- Scripting for automation (Bash, Python, or PowerShell)
Skills
- Experience selecting and managing SaaS tools and vendors
