Responsibilities
- For nearly 80 years, we've driven innovation in simulation, training, and mission readiness to support critical operations worldwide.
- Freedom to succeed by enabling team members to deliver, take initiatives and make decisions
- The PE performs weekly/monthly Cost Account Management (CAM) reviews with IPTs and is responsible for technical, cost and schedule performance for the engineering content on a program.
- Implement strategic goals established by leadership.
- 3+ years of Engineering Lead experience in USG/DoD development programs
Requirements

- Must be able to perform normal office duties (e.g. sitting for long periods at a desk)
- Must be able to travel CONUS/OCONUS via car and airplane
- Must be able to climb stairs to enter and exit a simulator

- Bachelor's Degree in Software, Systems, Mechanical Engineer or Computer Science
- 3+ years of experience with IBM/Rational or Atlassian development and collaboration tools, DOORS, Earned Value Management (EVM), and Microsoft Project
- Advanced master's degree in an engineering discipline
- 5+ years of experience within the training and simulation industry
- 3+ years of experience performing as liaison between program management, engineering management, and the technical disciplines involved in a project.

- We are seeking an ambitious engineering leader to join our team.
- This position requires the successful candidate to perform lead, coordinate and exercise technical program execution authority over Integrated product teams for planning, organizing, controlling, integration, execution and close out of engineering content on a variety of flight simulator programs.
- Responsible for managing large, complex project initiatives involving cross- functional teams.
