About the role
- Provide day-to-day guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback to designers while helping elevate the quality of work across the team.
- Produce clean, organized, developer-ready Figma files, specifications, and assets.

- Lead the visual design and creative execution of websites, eCommerce experiences, and digital experiences across multiple client engagements.
- Champion design quality and consistency across projects while ensuring alignment with client objectives and best practices.
- Lead design critiques, collaborative working sessions, and creative reviews.
- Help establish project priorities, contribute to planning discussions, and support successful project delivery.
- Serve as a trusted design lead, partnering with cross-functional teams to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
- Lead by example through exceptional design craft, professionalism, collaboration, and accountability.
- Present design work confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5-7 years of experience designing websites, digital products, or eCommerce experiences.
Skills
- Define visual frameworks that balance user experience, accessibility, brand expression, and technical feasibility.
