About the role
- At The Daily Wire, the Client Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for the end-to-end execution and success of advertising campaigns following the sale.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in digital media, podcast advertising, account management, campaign management, or client success.
- Experience managing integrated advertising campaigns from planning through reporting.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, podcast monetization, and branded content production.
- Experience with CRM systems, Order Management Systems (OMS), ad servers, and campaign management platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong analytical and reporting skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Megaphone, Google Ad Manager, YouTube, Podscribe, Veritone, Boostr, or similar advertising platforms.
- Knowledge of dynamic ad insertion (DAI), programmatic audio, and integrated sponsorship campaigns.
- Experience creating client-facing performance reports and executive-level presentations.
- Familiarity with conservative media and podcast advertising.
