About the role
- Griffin Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, the Office of the Vice Provost for Research, the Harvard University Information Security and Data Privacy team, and the Title IX Office.

- In collaboration with, and at the direction of, the Director of Research Integrity, the Program Manager role will include the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Support research misconduct policy implementation, case processes, and related administrative procedures across the FAS
- Develop, update, and implement standard operating procedures in research misconduct case management that align with all applicable federal regulations and guidance
- Lead administrative program development which may include recommendation and implementation of enrollment processes, program scheduling, tracking, and reporting; establish workflows in collaboration with all stakeholders
- Develop specialized reports and analyze relevant metrics to define and evaluate program success and to track and comply with any reporting requirements
- The Program Manager will interface with the research community regarding the Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR) course offerings and support the work of the Research Integrity Officer's case work.
- Support for families and caregivers
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of related experience.
Nice to have
- Experience within an academic research setting
- direct experience with federal regulations and research policies
- Experience working independently at a high level
- capable of thinking strategically, establishing goals, setting priorities, and implementing projects with limited direction.
Skills
- Experience within an academic research setting; direct experience with federal regulations and research policies
- Excellent oral presentation and written communication skills.
- Experience or coursework in curriculum development, adult education, or related field.
- Experience handling highly confidential and sensitive materials.
- Standard Hours/Schedule: 35 hours per week
