In collaboration with, and at the direction of, the Director of Research Integrity, the Program Manager role will include the following responsibilities:

Support research misconduct policy implementation, case processes, and related administrative procedures across the FAS
Develop, update, and implement standard operating procedures in research misconduct case management that align with all applicable federal regulations and guidance
Lead administrative program development which may include recommendation and implementation of enrollment processes, program scheduling, tracking, and reporting; establish workflows in collaboration with all stakeholders
Develop specialized reports and analyze relevant metrics to define and evaluate program success and to track and comply with any reporting requirements
The Program Manager will interface with the research community regarding the Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR) course offerings and support the work of the Research Integrity Officer's case work.

Experience within an academic research setting
direct experience with federal regulations and research policies
Experience working independently at a high level
capable of thinking strategically, establishing goals, setting priorities, and implementing projects with limited direction.

Excellent oral presentation and written communication skills.
Experience or coursework in curriculum development, adult education, or related field.
Experience handling highly confidential and sensitive materials.
Standard Hours/Schedule: 35 hours per week
