- This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail‑oriented professional with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment and is comfortable managing multiple workstreams, timelines, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day support to Corporate Affairs workstreams, including documentation and reporting; materials and content drafting, editing, and reviews; vendor coordination; tracking, documentation reporting on program metrics to support data‑driven decision‑making; and ad hoc support for senior leaders.
- Government Relations & Public Policy Support
- Develop and maintain one‑pagers, issue briefs, policy position materials, and internal communications to drive alignment and action
- Support internal stakeholder coordination on policy‑related topics, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timely execution
- Coordinate engagement with trade associations and third‑party partners
- Maintain internal calendars for trade association activity and meetings
- Maintain clear documentation of government relations strategies, plans, and activities
- Otherwise support global and regional government relations initiatives
- Communications & Content Support
- Maintain editorial and content calendars
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Affairs, Journalism, Communication or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in corporate affairs, communications, government relations, or a related discipline
Nice to have
- Fluent in English / ability to also speak Spanish preferred
- Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on-deadline, and knowledge of AP style preferred
- Experience in crisis communications or crisis management preferred
- Experience working in manufacturing preferred
- Experience working and understanding the rules of a political action committee preferred.

Compensation
- The salary range for this position will be between $75,000 - $90,000.
- Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
