Responsibilities
- Manage litigated claims and maintain accurate reserves aligned with Argo policy.
- Prepare clear, concise claim reports and maintain complete, accurate documentation.
- Prioritize workload, process mail, and manage correspondence efficiently.

Requirements
- Practical knowledge of workers' compensation claims, as well as exceptional customer service focus, typically obtained through:
- Bachelor's degree required, OR two insurance designations OR four additional years of Indemnity Workers' Compensation adjusting experience in lieu of degree.
- Minimum 2 years' experience adjudicating workers' compensation claims in the jurisdictions of NM is required at time of hire.
- If you don't have jurisdictional knowledge of AL, AZ, CO, & FL at the time of hire, that is fine.
- License required in NM at date of hire.
- Must be able to obtain licenses in AL, AZ, and FL within 90 days of hire.
- Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and independent decision-making.
- Client focus - the ability to effectively determine specific client needs and to provide value added solutions.
- Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize workload while handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent evaluation and strategic skills required.
- Minimum 2 years' experience adjudicating workers' compensation claims in the jurisdictions of NM is required at time of hire. If you don't have jurisdictional knowledge of AL, AZ, CO, & FL at the time of hire, that is fine. We will provide training for these jurisdictions.
- License required in NM at date of hire. Must be able to obtain licenses in AL, AZ, and FL within 90 days of hire.
