About the role
- In a world where discovery is shifting from traditional search to AI-driven platforms, we help brands get found-and stay found.
- AirOps is headquartered in San Francisco, New York and Montevideo.
- You'd be one of the first few US-based hires owning the infrastructure that every engineer at the company ships on.
Responsibilities
- CI/CD from commit to production, including staging build gating, automated rollback, and zero-manual-step deploys
- Our platform equips marketers to navigate the new discovery landscape, prioritize high-impact opportunities, and create accurate, on-brand content that earns citations from AI and trust from humans.
- Backed by Greylock, Unusual Ventures, Wing VC, and Founder Collective, we are building the intelligent systems that will empower the next generation of marketing leaders.
- AirOps is building its platform engineering function from scratch.
- These platform hires build the foundation they need to be productive on day one.
- What you'll own
Requirements
- Production AWS experience with ECS, RDS, and related services.
- You can debug infrastructure issues live, not just provision from templates.
- You know what "good enough for now" looks like at a 50-person company and what breaks when you don't invest at 200.
- A track record of eliminating deployment toil.
Benefits
- Equity in a fast-growing startup
- Flexible time off policy
- Parental Leave
- You'll design and ship the deployment pipeline, health checks, alerting, and developer tooling that the entire engineering org depends on.

- Competitive benefits package tailored to your location
Company info
- We are currently in a phase of hyper-growth, having 5x'd our revenue in the last year by helping marketing teams at Ramp, Chime, Carta, and Rippling turn content quality into a durable competitive advantage.
