About the role
- This position serves as the primary ongoing point of contact for clients, initiating contact within 48 hours of case assignment and maintaining regular outreach (at least monthly) to monitor progress, address needs, and collect critical information.
Responsibilities
- Maintains client file with progress reports and claim status while accompanying established organizational guidelines on Litify and Server.
- Scans documents related to the case into the client case system file: Litify.
- Maintains the utmost professional standards towards the firm and its clients.

- Along with Damages Coordinator, remain in contact with client, logging at least one phone call to the client every 30 days for status of their case and acquisition of other pertinent information regarding their case.
- Assesses the completeness of the case documentation provided by intake specialists and obtains missing documentation if required and confirms proper information inputted to Litify.
- Reviews documentation and accuracy of information with clients.
