- Baker Tilly US, LLP is a licensed independent CPA firm that provides attest services to its clients.
- Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP and its subsidiary entities provide tax and business advisory services to their clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required
- Must have the ability to analyze complex business and transaction situations
- Excellent presentation skills and marketing abilities are required
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally
- CPA required. If not a CPA, must meet educational requirements to obtain CPA license upon hire in state of employment
- Previous experience supervising and training staff
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills
- The compensation range for this role is $220,000 - $315,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.

- Other responsibilities include researching complex accounting issues and conducting financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions and other transaction related services.
