Responsibilities
- This role requires coordinating fitting events, working closely with PGA Professionals and account partners, and managing multiple priorities while traveling extensively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 1 year of club fitting experience in a high-touch customer service environment, or relevant industry experience demonstrating strong golf equipment knowledge
- Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 30 lbs. multiple times per day
- Ability to stand outdoors for extended periods (8+ hours per day) year-round
- Valid U.S. driver's license required
- Ability to simplify complex fitting and product information for golfers of all skill levels
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, databases, internet-based tools, launch monitors, and golf fitting technology
- Strong understanding of golf equipment, ball fitting, and golf swing analysis
- Valid U.S. driver's license required for business travel and event support
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 150 overnights per year
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong time management, organization, and event planning skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and travel extensively
Nice to have
- PGA Class A certification highly preferred
Compensation
- $57,293.00-$71,617.00
